Role Overview

Train AI models through writing, editing, and evaluating content. Work remotely with flexible hours for innovative companies improving their AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rank AI-generated responses to English text
2. Write and rewrite prompts and responses, including research and fact-checking
3. Assess factuality and relevance of AI-produced text

Ideal Candidate

• Professional writing or editing experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline from a selective institution
• Strong writing style with excellent English grammar and spelling
• Exceptional logic and reasoning skills
• Attention to detail and ability to explain text strengths/weaknesses

Project Work

• Core project work: ~$25/hour
• Non-core work (onboarding, overtime): Potentially lower rates
• Some projects offer incentive payments
