Pay: Avg. $25/hour (USD), varies based on expertise and project
Role Overview
Train AI models through writing, editing, and evaluating content. Work remotely with flexible hours for innovative companies improving their AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Rank AI-generated responses to English text
- Write and rewrite prompts and responses, including research and fact-checking
- Assess factuality and relevance of AI-produced text
Ideal Candidate
- Professional writing or editing experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline from a selective institution
- Strong writing style with excellent English grammar and spelling
- Exceptional logic and reasoning skills
- Attention to detail and ability to explain text strengths/weaknesses
Project Work
- Core project work: ~$25/hour
- Non-core work (onboarding, overtime): Potentially lower rates
- Some projects offer incentive payments
