The Role

We're seeking experienced software engineers to provide expert guidance in training advanced AI models. This is a flexible, remote contract position perfect for those looking to impact the development of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated code
  • Create and respond to computer science-related training questions
  • Help assess AI model performance and accuracy

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution (current students welcome)
  • Strong proficiency in one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Authorization to work in your country of residence

Compensation

  • Base rate: USD $32.50/hour (Tier 3)
  • Competitive rates available based on:

    • Project requirements
    • Performance incentives

Note: Rates may vary during onboarding and overtime periods. Each project has specific payment terms.
