Mercor is partnering with a leading biotech and pharma research team to support expert human-evaluation work focused on commercial drugs and drug-development programs. We are seeking an experienced disease-area clinician for a paid pilot engagement, with strong potential for recurring work as the project scales.

What You'll Do

• Create and critique analytical rubrics evaluating commercial drugs and drug-development programs
• Assess clinical trial endpoints — determining whether they would meaningfully influence prescribing behavior and real-world drug uptake
• Provide expert insight to help improve AI-driven evaluation of pharmaceutical programs

Engagement Details

• Duration: Approximately 10–20 hours over a 1–2 week paid pilot, covering analysis across roughly 5–10 companies
• Compensation: $150–$235 per hour
• Location: Fully remote — US-based or candidates with deep US market experience (payer, formulary, and launch dynamics are US-specific); occasional overlap with US business hours required for calls
• Recurring opportunity for strong contributors as the work expands

Who We're Looking For

• Active or recently practicing disease-area clinician with strong clinical judgment
• Familiarity with biotech and pharma development programs is a plus
