AfterQuery is seeking a high-impact Growth Associate to architect and scale the expert supply engine powering frontier AI training. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our founding team on a mission-critical function — growing our expert network from 100,000 to hundreds of thousands and beyond.
This is not a typical growth role. It is a technical, operational, and strategic position that blends GTM automation engineering, talent acquisition, and distribution strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own both manual and automated acquisition pipelines to scale our expert network
- Design and build scalable systems and automation stacks for outbound recruitment
- Run data-driven experiments to optimize funnel performance and conversion
- Recruit elite experts and operators across domains relevant to AI training
- Drive brand amplification and distribution initiatives to expand reach
- Collaborate directly with the founding team on strategic growth decisions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience scaling talent networks, marketplaces, or outbound sales/lead generation pipelines
- Demonstrated track record of elite operational execution and follow-through
- Strong analytical rigor with comfort in funnel modeling and pipeline analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High agency, resourcefulness, and a competitive drive to win
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000/yr, commensurate with experience.
