Growth Associate – Talent & AI Supply | $80–110k/yr | Worldwide Remote

AfterQuery is seeking a high-impact Growth Associate to architect and scale the expert supply engine powering frontier AI training. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our founding team on a mission-critical function — growing our expert network from 100,000 to hundreds of thousands and beyond.

This is not a typical growth role. It is a technical, operational, and strategic position that blends GTM automation engineering, talent acquisition, and distribution strategy.

What You'll Do

• Own both manual and automated acquisition pipelines to scale our expert network
• Design and build scalable systems and automation stacks for outbound recruitment
• Run data-driven experiments to optimize funnel performance and conversion
• Recruit elite experts and operators across domains relevant to AI training
• Drive brand amplification and distribution initiatives to expand reach
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on strategic growth decisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience scaling talent networks, marketplaces, or outbound sales/lead generation pipelines
• Demonstrated track record of elite operational execution and follow-through
• Strong analytical rigor with comfort in funnel modeling and pipeline analytics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High agency, resourcefulness, and a competitive drive to win

Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000/yr, commensurate with experience.
