Gujarati Language AI Trainer (LARP) | $6–$65/hr | Worldwide Remote | Freelance Contract

Join a specialized AI data project as a Language Alignment & Resource Partner (LARP), providing native-level Gujarati linguistic expertise to help shape more accurate, culturally authentic AI systems. This is a fully remote, independent contractor engagement suited for language professionals with a sharp eye for nuance and cultural context.

Project Deliverables

• Data Annotation & Review: Evaluate and annotate AI-generated outputs for grammatical accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural appropriateness in Gujarati.
• Quality Assurance: Serve as a primary linguistic quality check during production, identifying and correcting subtle errors or unnatural phrasing.
• Resource Development: Analyze quality trends and create structured educational resources and feedback documentation to improve AI alignment with project goals.
• Production Support: Provide native-level vetting and specialized linguistic consultation throughout the project's production and scaling phases.

Required Expertise

• Background in linguistics, education, or a field requiring high attention to language detail.
• Demonstrated experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Gujarati language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to convert raw feedback and quality trends into clear, actionable educational materials.
• Meticulous approach to language with the ability to detect even the most subtle unnatural phrasing.
