About the role:

As the Head of Marketing at OpenServ, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive the growth of our platform. Your role will involve deeply understanding the needs and preferences of both user groups through rigorous user research, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive user acquisition. You will lead the marketing team, develop our brand identity and positioning, collaborate closely with product development, and ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify user segmentation, prioritize use cases, and find product market fit.
• Build and lead the marketing team, providing guidance and setting performance expectations.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, content, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for targeting potential users.
• Develop and manage the company's brand identity and positioning.
• Develop and manage the company's branding assets; logos, banners, website, etc.
• Conduct extensive user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of both user groups, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Work with cofounding team to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that effectively targets AI agent developers and end users.
• Create product launch plans with input from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create concise and compelling product messaging and positioning for various target user / developer segments.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Establish and manage partnerships and collaborations to enhance market reach.
• Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other materials.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in marketing in tech, with startup and SaaS or dual-sided marketplace experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully creating and executing on branding and marketing strategies.
• Broad understanding of AI technologies and their applications, specifically autonomous AI agents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
• Experience in hiring and managing a diverse marketing team.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• High tolerance for ambiguity
• Native or fluent in English
