Healthcare & Social Assistance AI Trainer | $10–$30/hr | Remote (US)

We are seeking experienced Healthcare and Social Assistance professionals to contribute their domain expertise to an AI benchmark evaluation project. In this freelance role, you will design evaluation frameworks, craft expert-level prompts, and produce structured training data that helps AI models accurately handle medical and social care tasks.

Project Deliverables

• Task & Prompt Creation: Develop realistic, professional-grade prompts that challenge AI models to produce complex outputs related to healthcare operations, clinical guidelines, and social assistance programs.
• Rubric Development: Write clear, structured evaluation rubrics with specific, objective, and easily scorable criteria.
• Benchmark Data Generation: Produce clean, reliable training data to support the evaluation and refinement of AI models in health and social care contexts.
• Quality Assurance & Fact-Checking: Ensure all tasks and scoring criteria align with real-world clinical standards, medical accuracy, and social service regulations.

Required Expertise

• Demonstrated professional experience in healthcare, nursing, social work, or allied health fields, with strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care standards.
• Strong writing and prompt engineering skills, with the ability to create complex, realistic healthcare scenarios for AI evaluation.
• Proficiency in developing objective, non-ambiguous rubrics for consistent scoring.
• Meticulous attention to detail when fact-checking medical literature, clinical protocols, and social service policies.
