Your Role: AI Data Trainer
As a Hindi AI Data Trainer, you will work closely with top-tier AI researchers and other trainers to refine AI models, equipping them with the skills to understand, respond, and assist effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Training the AI- Generate examples of ideal conversations in Hindi, acting as both the user and AI.
- Collect and curate sources to train AI models to recognize facts, context, and behavioral patterns.
2. Evaluating the AI- Continuously assess the AI’s performance against safety, accuracy, and usability standards.
- Verify the accuracy of information and its interpretation by the AI.
3. Testing the AI- Actively test the AI for weaknesses by simulating edge cases and scenarios to identify areas of improvement.
- Document findings and recommend better training methods to enhance performance.
