If you have deep expertise in underwriting, claims, actuarial science, risk management, brokerage, compliance, or reinsurance — this is a flexible, high-impact opportunity to apply your knowledge in a cutting-edge AI context.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic, scenario-based insurance tasks drawn from your professional experience (e.g., risk assessment, claims adjudication, policy interpretation, coverage analysis, actuarial pricing/reserving, regulatory compliance reviews)
• Review and evaluate AI-generated insurance outputs for accuracy, professional judgment, and regulatory compliance
• Create structured examples that reflect authentic insurance reasoning and decision-making workflows
• Provide clear, actionable written feedback to improve AI performance on insurance tasks
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team on an ongoing basis

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance (carrier, broker/agency, reinsurer, or advisory)
• Professional credential preferred: CPCU, ARM, AINS, CLU, AIC, ACAS/FCAS, ASA/FSA, or a state adjuster/broker license
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Familiarity with industry tools such as policy administration systems, claims platforms, rating tools, and Excel
• Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
