Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts to ensure legal soundness and organizational protection
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and advisory work
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions and industries
• Produce clear, precise, and compelling legal writing including memos, briefs, and opinions
• Provide expert legal guidance to stakeholders on complex matters
