Role Overview

In this role, you will analyze legal issues, apply laws and principles, assess the accuracy of AI-generated responses, and refine outputs for clarity and practical usefulness. You will also produce high-quality expert tasks and gold-standard solutions, and help calibrate team output quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert legal tasks and gold-standard solutions.
• Review and calibrate team members' output and maintain day-to-day quality standards.
• Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of legal practice experience at the Senior Associate, Counsel, or equivalent level in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Juris Doctor (JD), active bar admission, or equivalent legal qualification and professional license.
• Advanced experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising commercial contracts, legal agreements, policies, and other legal documents.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex matters, identify risks, and provide clear, actionable advice.
• Expert knowledge of interpreting laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance and translating them into practical recommendations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is preferred but not required.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor
• Duration: Up to 8 weeks
• Commitment: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST
