About the Role

Train cutting-edge AI language models to be safe, accurate, and beneficial conversation partners. You'll generate ideal conversations, evaluate AI performance, and test for weaknesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Train AI through example conversations and knowledge collection
• Evaluate AI for safety, accuracy, and beneficial outcomes
• Test AI to identify and document potential issues

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent in Mandarin (C1-C2 level)
• Conversational to Advanced English (B1-C1 level)
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Keen interest in linguistics and continuous learning
• Ability to interpret and synthesize information

Requirements

• Available 20-40 hours per week (preferably in EST or PST time zones)
• Computer with adequate specifications
• Stable internet connection

Compensation

$15.00-$22.50/hour, depending on qualifications
