This is a standing network listing, not a single job opening. We keep it open year-round and invite qualified physicians from the pool when a matching project launches. You apply once and remain eligible for all relevant projects going forward.

What the Work Involves

• Writing detailed clinical vignettes drawn from real practice — including presentation, labs, and imaging — alongside attending-level reference answers used to grade AI model output
• Evaluating AI diagnostic reasoning: assessing whether differentials are appropriately ordered, whether the model anchors incorrectly, and whether proposed workups are guideline-concordant
• Identifying where AI recommendations are textbook-defensible but clinically inappropriate given a patient's comorbidities, contraindications, or access limitations

What We're Looking For

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification and a current, active, unrestricted license
• Active clinical practice, or recent enough experience to clearly articulate clinical reasoning
• Strong written communication skills — most tasks require explaining your thought process in detail
• Comfort navigating ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions

Final-year residents and fellows are welcome to apply. Clinical judgment matters more than where you trained.
