Mercor is partnering with a leading biotech and pharma research team to support expert human-evaluation work focused on commercial drug analysis and drug-development programs. We are seeking an experienced pharma commercial forecasting professional for a paid pilot engagement, with strong potential for recurring work as the project scales.

What You'll Do

• Create and critique rubrics used to evaluate commercial drugs and drug-development programs
• Build or assess launch curves, including uptake trajectories, peak share estimates, and ramp timelines
• Evaluate whether commercial forecast assumptions — such as analog selection, ramp rates, peak penetration, and loss of exclusivity — are analytically defensible
• Apply your expertise across a defined set of drug launches during the pilot period

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in pharma commercial forecasting, analytics, or strategy
• Hands-on experience building or critiquing drug launch and uptake models
• Familiarity with biotech and pharma development programs
• US-based professionals with deep US market knowledge (pharma sales professionals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply)

Engagement Details

• Duration: Approximately 10–20 hours over a 1–2 week pilot
• Format: Fully remote, US-based
• Rate: $135–$210/hr depending on experience
