Principal GenAI Engineer – Knowledge Graph & Semantic Systems | Full Time | On-site – Palo Alto, CA

Turing is seeking a Principal GenAI Engineer with deep expertise in LLMs and Knowledge Graphs to lead enterprise-scale AI implementations for Fortune 500 clients. You will architect and build Graph-powered RAG systems (Graph-RAG) that combine structured semantic reasoning with advanced LLM architectures, delivering scalable, explainable, production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale enterprise Knowledge Graph architectures for production environments
• Develop ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic data models tailored to client needs
• Implement entity resolution, relationship extraction, and graph enrichment pipelines
• Build hybrid retrieval systems combining Knowledge Graphs with vector databases
• Integrate structured graph reasoning with LLMs to reduce hallucination and improve explainability
• Deploy and maintain GenAI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ML/AI systems engineering
• 5+ years of production experience with Knowledge Graphs
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs, including RAG, agents, and prompt engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or similar graph databases
• Proficiency in Cypher or comparable graph query languages
• Proven experience deploying GenAI solutions on major cloud platforms

This is a principal-level, full-time, on-site role based in Palo Alto, CA. Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in both LLM systems and Knowledge Graph engineering at enterprise scale.
