We're looking for an experienced Producer to join a dynamic creative team working across film, television, digital, and live productions. This is a contractor role ideal for a seasoned production professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-format environments.

About the Role

As a Producer, you will oversee the full production lifecycle — from pre-production planning through final delivery. You'll be the central hub connecting creative vision, logistical execution, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end production workflows across multiple project types
• Develop and maintain comprehensive production documentation including schedules, budgets, and call sheets
• Coordinate and manage vendors, crew, and talent to ensure seamless execution
• Apply sound multi-constraint judgment to balance creative, budgetary, and timeline demands
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners throughout production

Required Skills

• Production Mastery: Deep expertise across film, TV, digital, and/or live production formats
• Production Documentation: Proficiency in creating and managing detailed production materials
• Multi-Constraint Judgment: Ability to make decisive calls when balancing competing priorities
• Vendor & Crew Coordination: Proven experience managing diverse production teams and external suppliers
