Role Overview

We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals—whether you’re an early-college student or have 1–2 years of professional experience—to support a high-impact AI research initiative. You will help benchmark, evaluate, and refine advanced language models by crafting research questions, synthesizing findings, and building evaluation materials.

What You’ll Do

• Design clear, thoughtful research questions and answer sets to train and test AI models

• Conduct thorough online research, gathering insights from diverse sources

• Summarize and present findings in concise, well-structured formats

• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed AI research team

• Contribute 10–20 hours per week on a flexible schedule

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate degree, or possess 1–2 years of relevant work experience

• Skilled at online research and information synthesis

• Excellent written communicator, able to distill complex ideas into clear summaries

• Self-motivated and comfortable working asynchronously without day-to-day supervision

Details & Duration

• Commitment: ~10–20 hours/week, flexible

• Timeline: Several-month engagement, with the option to join immediately

• Structure: Clear responsibilities without the intensity of full-time internships or consulting
