We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals—whether you’re an early-college student or have 1–2 years of professional experience—to support a high-impact AI research initiative. You will help benchmark, evaluate, and refine advanced language models by crafting research questions, synthesizing findings, and building evaluation materials.
Design clear, thoughtful research questions and answer sets to train and test AI models
Conduct thorough online research, gathering insights from diverse sources
Summarize and present findings in concise, well-structured formats
Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed AI research team
Contribute 10–20 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate degree, or possess 1–2 years of relevant work experience
Skilled at online research and information synthesis
Excellent written communicator, able to distill complex ideas into clear summaries
Self-motivated and comfortable working asynchronously without day-to-day supervision
Commitment: ~10–20 hours/week, flexible
Timeline: Several-month engagement, with the option to join immediately
Structure: Clear responsibilities without the intensity of full-time internships or consulting
