Location: Worldwide - Remote
Hours: 20-40 hours/week
Compensation: $10-13/hour

About the Role

Train next-generation AI models to be safe, accurate, and beneficial conversation partners. Work with leading AI researchers to help AI systems better understand and interpret human knowledge and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate exemplar conversations for AI training
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and effectiveness
• Test AI systems by identifying edge cases and failure modes
• Document findings and suggest improvements to training protocols
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other trainers

Requirements

• Native/Near-native Russian proficiency (C1-C2)
• Advanced English communication skills (B1-C1)
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Exceptional reading comprehension
• Analytical mindset
• Attention to detail
• Interest in linguistics and language
• Ability to document and explain reasoning
• Computer with reliable internet connection
