Mercor partners with leading AI research labs to develop realistic, occupation-specific interview content. As a Senior Domain Expert, you’ll help shape the next generation of AI-driven assessment tools by designing high-quality, role-relevant questions and scenarios.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate asynchronously with top AI researchers to craft interview questions and case studies

• Leverage your hands-on experience to ensure authenticity and depth

• Log your hours weekly via Stripe Connect; receive weekly payments

• Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the project

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: ≥ 4 years of full-time work in your domain

• Excellence: Demonstrated above-average performance (e.g., promotions, awards)

• Leadership: Experience hiring, mentoring, or training colleagues
