Senior Financial & Investment Analyst | AI Training | Worldwide Remote | Contract (Up to 9 Weeks)

Turing is seeking experienced Financial and Investment Analysts to help train and evaluate advanced AI systems. In this role, you will create, assess, and refine complex financial tasks — spanning modeling, valuation, investment research, and risk analysis — to help AI produce accurate, well-reasoned, and professionally grounded insights.

Role Overview

You will leverage your deep financial expertise to develop gold-standard tasks and solutions, review team output for quality, and help calibrate AI reasoning against professional investment standards. This is a high-impact role for seasoned finance professionals looking to contribute to cutting-edge AI development.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in financial analysis and investment research.
• Review and calibrate team members' output and maintain day-to-day quality standards.
• Identify and escalate edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME Lead.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, credit, equity research, or corporate finance.
• CFA, CAIA, MBA, or equivalent qualification; strong front-office or investment-desk experience also considered.
• Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies: DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, and asset-based analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills: three-statement, LBO, merger, credit, forecasting, and scenario models.
• Proven investment judgment — evaluating opportunities, assessing risks, challenging assumptions, and delivering evidence-based recommendations.

Education & Background

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Prior experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor
• Duration: Up to 9 weeks
• Commitment: Minimum 4 hours/day, up to 40 hours/week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST
