The Role: Senior Solutions Architect
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you’ll lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable solutions tailored to client needs. Acting as the technical expert, you’ll collaborate with sales teams during the presales process to ensure seamless integration and account wins.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
- Architect and implement advanced solutions for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers to deliver on client requirements.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs while managing risks.
Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements and provide expert guidance.
Product Liaison
- Communicate client feedback to product managers, contributing to the product roadmap.
- Offer insights on the feasibility and scalability of new features.
Technical Demonstrations
- Deliver engaging technical demos showcasing the capabilities of Invisible’s platform.
- Customize presentations to highlight solutions tailored to client needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or product management, delivering complex automation or technical integrations.
- Background in Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver technical demos and engage with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Experience in an agile, fast-paced product environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing technical challenges.
- Leadership and organizational skills; prior technical roles (e.g., software engineer) are a plus.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $140,000
- Total Target Compensation (Base + Bonus): $220,000
- Equity Participation: Eligible for Invisible’s equity plan.
