Role Overview

As an AI Trainer and COBOL Developer, you will:

• Assess AI-generated code quality and provide human-readable summaries
• Solve coding problems with functional and efficient code
• Create clear summaries of coding problems and solutions

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, C/C++/C#, HTML preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Students welcome)
• Experience with additional languages is a plus (Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, Matlab, PHP, DART, R, Apex, Shell)
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts

Important Information

• Freelance position with hourly compensation
• Remote-friendly hybrid model
• Tech hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Metro Area, and Wrocław, Poland
• Pay range: $15-$60 USD per hour
• Must be authorized to work in country of residence
• Not an internship; no sponsorship available
