Project Overview

This project focuses on developing and evaluating agentic AI capabilities in oncology care. Your primary contribution will be creating high-quality evaluation data to assess how AI agents can assist oncology patients in identifying and matching with appropriate clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in clinical data collection and expert annotation activities related to clinical trial matching.
  • Review, validate, and provide expert input on oncology-related clinical content.
  • Apply real-world clinical judgment to ensure outputs meet oncology standards.
  • Support evaluation of AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Gemini-based tools) for clinical use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding, training, and review cycles.
  • Provide feedback to refine clinical guidelines, rubrics, and tooling as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Physician in Oncology (medical, radiation, or surgical oncology) — ABIM, ABR, or ABS certification required.
  • Active U.S. State Medical License — unrestricted and verifiable via state medical board records.
  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) — listed in the NPPES registry.
  • Active Clinical Practice — must have provided direct patient care within the past 12 months. Retired or non-practicing physicians are not eligible.
  • U.S.-Based — must currently reside and practice within the United States.
  • Attending Physician Only — residents, fellows, students, nurses, and trainees are not eligible.

Engagement Details

  • Type: Contractor (no medical or paid leave benefits)
  • Duration: 2 months, with possibility of extension
  • Location: Remote – United States only
  • Evaluation: 30-minute client interview

Candidates may be asked to submit a CV as part of the vetting process. All clinicians must be U.S.-based, licensed, and actively practicing at the time of onboarding.
