Position: Community Operations Associate (Remote Global, excluding USA)

The Aptos Foundation seeks a detail-oriented Community Operations Associate to support our Head of Community. This role is crucial for analyzing community metrics, facilitating communication, and ensuring the achievement of community objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze community growth metrics
• Create dynamic dashboards and reports for community insights
• Coordinate with Regional Community Managers on event planning
• Maintain Notion database for events and announcements
• Facilitate connections between Community Managers and ecosystem projects
• Provide regular updates to the Head of Community
• Track and report on community OKRs
• Monitor ambassador engagement and metrics

Qualifications:

• Experience in community management or operations
• Strong analytical and data tracking skills
• Proficiency in organizational tools like Notion
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proactive approach to identifying improvements
• Independent worker capable of multitasking
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
• Experience in tech or startup community engagement
