Join our team as an Engineering Program Specialist where you'll partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver critical hardware components to cross-functional teams on schedule. This role is essential to supporting product development through meticulous coordination, strong communication, and exceptional organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics across multiple programs
• Support budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Manage procurement processes and maintain accurate Purchase Order records
• Partner with Logistics teams to ensure expedited shipping and delivery
• Coordinate multiple concurrent programs with attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics industry
• Proven experience in hardware development with domestic and international vendor management
• Expertise managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, and coordinating across diverse teams, vendors, and time zones
• Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively in large cross-functional environments
