About the Role

We're seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to develop innovative features for MetaMask's bridging solution. You'll work on our cross-chain bridge aggregator, enhancing interoperability between blockchain networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features for MetaMask's bridging solution
• Collaborate with teams in the Monetization swimlane (e.g., Swaps and Ramps)
• Improve user experience across mobile, web, and backend platforms
• Drive new bridge-related initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Frontend Software Engineer on production applications
• Proficiency in React Native (mobile) and React (web)
• Experience with component libraries (e.g., Tailwind)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD setups
• Excellent communication skills and technical documentation ability
• Ability to work during PT or ET business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of EVM, various L1s and/or L2s
• Experience with cross-chain bridges
• Knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem
• Blockchain/smart contract development experience (Solidity, Web3.js, Ethers.js)
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
