About the Role

As Human Data Manager, you'll be at the intersection of people leadership and technical excellence, guiding a team of AI tutors while ensuring the highest standards of data quality. Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and nurture a high-performing team of AI tutors through mentorship, training, and performance management
  • Design and implement innovative motivation strategies, including gamification elements
  • Create a culture of continuous learning and excellence through structured development programs
  • Lead performance reviews and implement targeted improvement initiatives

Data Quality Excellence

  • Drive data integrity throughout the annotation process through hands-on involvement and strategic oversight
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and patterns that inform model improvements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize annotation tools and methodologies
  • Establish and maintain robust quality control processes

Project Management

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope and quality guidelines
  • Optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders at all levels
