Mercor is hiring Pediatricians on behalf of a healthcare AI partner building advanced clinical decision-support systems focused on pediatric diagnostics, preventive care, and age-specific treatment protocols. Apply your clinical expertise to review and validate pediatric medical data, directly shaping safe and reliable medical AI. This role connects real-world pediatric practice with applied AI, ensuring accurate representation of developmental considerations, vaccine guidelines, and pediatric-specific edge cases.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data Annotation

• Review and label pediatric EHR notes, growth charts, immunization records, and case data
• Validate diagnoses, developmental milestones, and weight-based treatment plans

Quality Review & Model Evaluation

• Audit datasets for accuracy and alignment with AAP/CDC guidelines
• Review AI-generated summaries and care recommendations for safety and clinical soundness

Knowledge Contribution

• Help define annotation standards for common and complex pediatric conditions
• Advise on edge cases (e.g., neonates, medically complex children)

Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics
• Active U.S. medical license
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Familiarity with pediatric dosing, immunization schedules, and EHR systems
• Interest in medical AI or informatics preferred
• In-person in San Francisco is preferred
