Personalized Life Assistant Expert | $50–$200/hr | Worldwide Remote

A leading AI research organization is seeking experienced LLM power users to evaluate how well AI systems handle personalized, real-world life tasks. This is a flexible contractor role for individuals who use AI tools heavily in their daily lives and can critically assess whether AI responses are useful, realistic, and appropriately personalized.

What You'll Do

• Create written responses and explanations for complex personal tasks
• Evaluate AI outputs for practicality, reasoning quality, and personalization
• Identify where AI succeeds, fails, overreaches, or misses important context
• Apply structured rubrics and quality criteria to assess model performance
• Leverage your own LLM experience to judge real-world usefulness

Who We're Looking For

• Heavy personal usage of LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, or similar AI agents
• Experience using AI for multi-step tasks, planning, research, or personal workflows
• Ability to articulate what makes an AI output good, incomplete, unsafe, or unrealistic
• Strong written judgment and attention to detail
• Extensive rubric experience is critical — 100+ hours on prior rubric projects involving design, evaluation, and quality assessment is highly preferred

Expertise Domains

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Personalized Food Recommendations: Restaurant discovery, delivery options, dietary preferences, budget, and occasion-based decisions
• Personalized Health: Reviewing wearable or Apple Health data, identifying trends in sleep, activity, and vitals, and knowing when medical guidance is needed
• Personal Productivity: Life admin, household tasks, calendars, reminders, follow-ups, and personal CRM systems
• Personalized Career Advice: Job searching, resume editing, LinkedIn optimization, networking, and career planning
• Personalized Learning & Development: Study plans, learning roadmaps, skill-building, and accountability systems

Engagement Details

• Expected commitment: 15–40 hours/week
• Tasks must be turned around within 24 hours
• A paid work trial ($30) is required as part of onboarding to assess fit — thoughtful effort is strongly encouraged
• Work involves writing prompts, screen-recording task execution, and creating detailed evaluation rubrics
• A desktop or laptop computer is required (Chromebooks are not supported)
• Please note the project is in early stages — expect a brief initial delay before tasking begins
