Role Overview

As a Polish Advanced AI Data Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in teaching AI systems to better understand and communicate in Polish. Think of yourself as a language arts teacher for next-generation technology, helping to shape how AI interprets, processes, and responds to information.

Key Responsibilities

AI Training (Primary Focus)

• Generate high-quality conversation examples in Polish, acting as both user and AI
• Help AI process and understand extensive knowledge bases
• Train AI to distinguish between facts, context, and behavioral patterns
• Create and refine training datasets for language understanding

Quality Assurance

• Evaluate AI outputs for safety, accuracy, and beneficial outcomes
• Assess both factual correctness and contextual appropriateness
• Document and report potential improvements to training methodologies
• Conduct systematic testing to identify and address potential weaknesses

Required Qualifications

• Native or C1-C2 level Polish language proficiency
• B1-C1 level English proficiency for team communications
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills in Polish
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Compensation & Benefits
