About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in full-stack development—especially backend technologies and Agentic AI. In this key role, you will support our AI-driven tool development and R&D efforts by ensuring operational excellence in our cloud environments, enabling rapid deployment and iteration of machine learning solutions.
What You’ll Do

Develop and Maintain AI/ML Systems:
Build robust, scalable backend systems that power our machine learning operations and data processing pipelines.

Oversee and fine-tune our cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure efficient ML model deployment.

Independently identify and resolve challenging technical issues to enhance system performance and scalability.

Work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate advanced ML technologies and ensure seamless operations.

What We Need
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 Years:
Proven experience in software engineering with a strong focus on ML engineering and production deployment of machine learning models.
- Full-Stack Expertise:
Demonstrated success in backend development that supports AI/ML workloads.
Technical Skills
- Programming:
Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models, including LLMs and AI agents.
- System Design:
Experience designing scalable ML systems (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and production-grade AI applications).
- Cloud Platforms:
Deep knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and best practices for ML operations.
- Containerization:
Familiarity with Kubernetes and other container management tools.
- Testing:
Ability to write well-structured, maintainable code and implement automated unit and end-to-end tests.
- Data Management:
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
ML Operations and Soft Skills
- MLOps Experience:
Knowledge of MLOps frameworks, including model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Problem Solving:
Ability to work independently in unstructured environments and tackle complex challenges proactively.
- Communication:
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

- Tier 2: $169,000 - $188,000
