Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to engage detail-oriented contributors for an innovative video-based evaluation project. Help benchmark and improve AI systems' ability to retain and reason over visual information by watching POV videos and creating or answering memory-recall questions.

What You'll Do

• Watch first-person POV videos (approximately 10 minutes each) with close attention to detail
• Create high-quality memory-recall questions that test understanding of specific events and details within the videos
• Provide accurate answers to pre-written questions about video content
• Ensure all questions are clear, specific, and objectively verifiable
• Follow project guidelines and maintain quality standards when submitting work

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional observational skills
• Excellent written communication abilities, ideally developed through professional experience
• Experience with content evaluation, annotation, or assessment design preferred
• Ability to identify subtle details and construct precise, unambiguous questions
• Comfortable working independently and managing deliverables effectively
