This is a flexible, project-based opportunity where your literary expertise directly shapes the quality of next-generation AI-generated content.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated content spanning plays, novels, and short stories
- Evaluate outputs for literary quality, narrative structure, tone, and thematic depth
- Provide detailed editorial feedback to enhance coherence, originality, and stylistic precision
Ideal Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in creative writing, including playwriting, novel writing, and/or short fiction
- A substantial body of published work—novels, staged plays, or short stories in recognized literary outlets
- Work featured in prestigious publications, journals, anthologies, or professional productions
- Recipient of recognized literary awards, fellowships, or honors in any of the three disciplines
- Exceptional command of narrative craft: structure, voice, dialogue, and character development
- Strong editorial instincts with a keen eye for style, coherence, and thematic resonance
