Join a growing initiative building high-quality evaluation tasks for the construction and property industry. If you've spent years producing and coordinating permit and construction drawing sets, this is a flexible, paid opportunity to put that expertise to work — on your schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll author realistic, scenario-based tasks grounded in actual design and coordination work. Each task begins with real drawings, documents, or site photos and asks for a structured deliverable — the same kind you'd produce on the job. A second reviewer in your discipline checks every task before it ships.

Task types include:

• Architectural RFI response review
• Drawing set QC checks and redline back-checks
• Cross-sheet coordination and constructability reviews
• Technical peer review and design change approvals
• Addendum change scoping and as-built drawing production
• Pre-bid drawing scope review and document control
• Shop drawing review for interiors, millwork, and building envelope details
• Commissioning design review

Who We're Looking For

• Currently or recently in the seat that produces and coordinates permit and construction drawing sets: architect of record, project architect, job captain, or design coordination lead
• Licensed architect — or 8+ years as a project architect or job captain producing permit sets
• 3+ years of US-based experience working in US model code jurisdictions (8+ years preferred)
• Proficient in marking up drawing sets using Bluebeam Revu or equivalent

What Makes Someone Stand Out

The best contributors here don't just know how to answer an RFI — they know which cross-sheet conflict a rushed reviewer would miss. Standouts typically have:

• Run set QC or back-check on other people's drawings
• Mentored job captains or maintained office standards and detail libraries
• Worked both sides of the RFI process — as designer and as reviewer

Probably Not a Fit

• CAD or BIM drafters without authorship of the set
• Renderers and visualization specialists
• Interior decorators
• PMs who coordinate schedules rather than drawings

Compensation is $45–$60/hr depending on experience, with a clear path to grow your rate as the project scales.
