About the Role
As a Finance Expert AI Data Trainer, you'll leverage your investment banking expertise to train advanced AI models. Your primary responsibilities will include financial analysis, creating and reviewing financial models, conducting valuation assessments, and evaluating strategic financial decisions. Your insights and feedback will ensure our AI’s financial reasoning is accurate, reliable, and impactful.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
AI Training: Engage in creating structured data, financial dialogues, voice samples, and conversational scenarios relevant to finance and investment banking.
AI Evaluation: Assess AI outputs for accuracy, interpretive quality, and alignment with industry best practices. Ensure the AI maintains precision in financial concepts, valuation methodologies, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Investment Banking at reputable financial institutions
Deep knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methods (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and equity/debt financing structures
Native-level English proficiency (C1-C2)
Preferred Qualifications:
CFA or equivalent advanced financial certifications
Experience mentoring or training analysts
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11.00 - $30.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications
