Software Engineer - India (Remote, Part-time)

What you'll do:
Design, build, and deploy high-performance software components.
Work across diverse engineering domains, including backend systems, distributed infrastructure, machine learning tooling, and large-scale data engineering.
Collaborate closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and product engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features.

What we're looking for:
2+ years of professional software engineering experience; exceptional fresh graduates from top-tier computer science programs are encouraged to apply.
Strong foundational knowledge of computer science (data structures, algorithms, and systems design).
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend or distributed systems
Machine learning engineering or infrastructure
Data engineering or large-scale ETL pipelines
Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native tools
Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and similar technologies.
Self-driven individuals comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Compensation & Details:
Hourly rate: $14–$21 USD, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
Flexible, part-time commitment (approximately 20 hours/week).
Fully remote work environment with asynchronous communication.
Contractor role, hourly-based.
