About the Role

As an AI Data Trainer fluent in Indonesian, you'll play a crucial role in teaching our AI models to better understand and communicate in Indonesian while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

AI Training (Primary Focus)

• Create high-quality conversation examples in Indonesian, acting as both user and AI
• Help AI comprehend and process Indonesian language content across various domains
• Develop training datasets that enhance the AI's understanding of Indonesian cultural context and linguistic nuances

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and cultural appropriateness
• Verify proper interpretation of facts versus contextual information
• Document and report patterns in AI behavior and performance

Testing & Improvement

• Conduct structured testing to identify potential weaknesses in the AI's responses
• Develop edge cases to strengthen the AI's ability to handle complex situations
• Provide detailed feedback to improve training methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian (C1-C2 level)
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B1-C1 level)
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills in Indonesian
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Technical Requirements

• Reliable computer with modern specifications
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet workspace suitable for focused work

Work Schedule & Compensation

• 20-40 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Starting compensation: $6-8 per hour
• Location: Fully remote position open to worldwide candidates
