As a Japanese-speaking Full-Stack Developer on our team, you'll play a crucial role in training and refining these AI models.
Your Role
As a Japanese Advanced AI Trainer with software development expertise, you will:
- Engage in comprehensive testing dialogues with our AI systems in Japanese, helping them analyze diverse subject areas
- Evaluate AI outputs for factual accuracy, contextual understanding, and behavioral patterns
- Conduct adversarial testing to identify vulnerabilities and improve model robustness
- Document issues and collaborate with our team and clients to enhance training methodologies
- Apply your programming expertise to develop solutions that improve model performance
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for candidates with:
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese
- Software development experience in one or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, C++, PHP, C#, CSS, Ruby, Rust, VBA, Scala, Swift, or Kotlin
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Teaching or tutoring experience (strongly preferred)
- Excellent metacognitive awareness - ability to explain your thought processes
- Background in research, higher education, or related fields is advantageous
