Mercor is seeking experienced Management Consulting professionals to serve as AI Evaluators, reviewing and assessing AI-generated work products for real-world quality and usability. This is a flexible, remote, hourly engagement ideal for seasoned consultants looking to apply their expertise in an innovative context.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated consulting artifacts — including slides, spreadsheets, and documents — for professional quality and usability.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to improve AI outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting at a top-tier firm based in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable academic institution.
