We’re currently seeking an experienced User Acquisition (UA) Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in Tiktok/Meta Ads and are passionate about health, skincare, and well-being, this role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our newest product, Lovi, an AI-powered cosmetologist app.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive UA strategies for Tiktok and Meta Ads to drive high-quality user acquisition.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns, with budgets ranging from $30-60k daily.
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align UA efforts with business goals.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize campaign efficiency.
Expectations:- 4+ years of proven experience in Tiktok/Meta Ads, specifically for mobile apps in the health and fitness industry.
- Managed monthly budgets starting from $500k.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication, project management skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A focus on achieving ROI and hitting growth targets.
Required Skills:- In-depth knowledge of Tiktok Ads Manager.
- Experience launching projects from scratch to $30-60k ad spend per day.
- Expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer, or similar.
- Understanding of attribution modeling and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
