Support Engineer (United States & Canada)
Contract: Hourly (Remote)
Compensation: $20 - $60/hour (depending on experience)
About Mercor:
Mercor is hiring a Support Engineer to work with a fast-growing AI software agent startup. You will play a key role in supporting and delighting new customers as they onboard and use cutting-edge AI products.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams
Provide timely support to customers, resolving technical and onboarding issues
Guide new users through the onboarding process
Manage support tickets via Zendesk
Who You Are:
Experienced in technical support engineering, customer support, or similar roles
Native-level English proficiency
Passionate about helping customers succeed with innovative technology
Role Details:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Immediate start preferred
Fully remote; open to candidates located in the United States or Canada
Independent contractor status with Mercor (work directly with the client)
Hourly rate based on your background and experience
