Mercor is recruiting experienced Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and English as a Second Language Instructors to contribute to an innovative research project for one of the world's leading AI companies. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your professional expertise to design occupation-specific questions that will shape the future of AI technology.

What You'll Do:

• Apply your professional teaching experience to create and design questions related to adult education and ESL instruction
• Contribute to cutting-edge AI research and development
• Work flexibly on your own schedule while meeting project commitments

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years full-time work experience as an Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, or English as a Second Language Instructor
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not compatible with this project)

Project Details:

• Time Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week
• Duration: Expected to run through mid-2026, with potential extension
