Role Overview

As an AI Administrative and Operations Data Specialist, you'll work full-time collaborating with technical teams to refine annotation tools, curate impactful datasets, and ensure exceptional data quality. This role is perfect for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about innovation and analytical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Label, annotate, and evaluate data related to administrative and operational projects using proprietary tools
• Deliver curated, high-quality data for AI model training in workflow optimization, inventory systems, and project coordination
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine annotation tools and improve data processes
• Identify and analyze complex operational challenges that enhance AI performance
• Maintain precision and consistency while adapting to evolving instructions

Ideal Qualifications

• Professional experience in administrative services, operations management, project management, purchasing, or inventory supervision
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in technological innovation and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPIM, or other operations/administrative credentials
• Experience mentoring or training others in administrative or operational best practices
• Comfort with recording audio or video content for data projects
• Familiarity with AI systems, data labeling, or annotation workflows

Work Environment

• Full-time position available in-office (Palo Alto, CA) or fully remote
• Initial two weeks: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST, then shift to your local time zone
• Remote employees need a Chromebook, Mac (macOS 11+), or Windows 10+ computer, plus reliable smartphone access
• Visa sponsorship not available; U.S. candidates must reside outside Wyoming and Illinois

Compensation

Pay ranges from $45–$100 per hour based on experience, education, and location. International rates available upon request.
