Role Overview

As an AI Sales and Marketing Data Specialist, you will use your real-world business expertise to help train cutting-edge AI systems. Your insights will ensure AI models accurately understand and respond to complex sales and marketing scenarios, empowering organizations to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Annotate and label data for sales and marketing projects using proprietary tools, ensuring exceptional accuracy and contextual relevance
  • Deliver curated datasets that reflect real-world scenarios in sales strategy, marketing execution, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve annotation workflows and develop efficient labeling systems for complex business data
  • Support the training and evaluation of AI models through data selection, analysis, and refinement
  • Adapt to evolving task guidelines while maintaining precision and professional judgment in fast-changing environments
  • Apply analytical reasoning to identify and solve complex sales and marketing challenges that enhance model performance

Ideal Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in sales, marketing, or related roles such as sales manager, marketing strategist, or sales representative in wholesale or retail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of professional English
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and deliver consistent results under limited supervision

Work Environment

This role may be performed in-person at our Palo Alto, CA office (5 days per week) or fully remote for highly motivated professionals.

  • U.S.-based applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois
  • Initial training period operates 9:00am–5:30pm PST for two weeks, followed by local timezone alignment
  • A reliable computer (Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11+, or Windows 10+) and smartphone are required for all remote candidates
  • Visa sponsorship is not available

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location
  • Specific benefits may vary; depending on your location, you may be eligible for comprehensive medical coverage
