The Role

We're seeking experienced software engineers to provide expert feedback for AI model training. This freelance position offers:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert evaluation of AI-generated code
• Craft and respond to computer science-related questions for model training
• Assess and rank code outputs based on quality and effectiveness
• Apply software engineering best practices to improve AI model performance

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution (current students may apply)
• Strong proficiency in one or more of these languages:
  
  • Python
  • Java
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • C++
  • Swift
  • Verilog
• Exceptional attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style
• Authorization to work in your country of residence

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in software development
• Strong understanding of coding best practices
• Ability to evaluate code quality and efficiency

Compensation

• Core project work: $25-$50 per hour
• Rates vary based on:

• Additional incentives available for specific projects
