Join Mercor as a Community Manager and take the lead in designing, launching, and scaling a dynamic events program for our expert community. This role is perfect for a strategic operator who thrives on building connections, managing large-scale events, and driving community engagement both online and in-person.

  • Lead end-to-end event operations: Oversee strategy, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and post-event analysis for a variety of events, from networking meetups to major summits.
  • Design impactful programs: Develop tailored event formats for diverse expert segments, including clinicians, AI researchers, and legal professionals.
  • Scale community initiatives: Create playbooks, ambassador programs, and resources that empower experts to host branded events globally.
  • Drive marketing and growth: Execute campaigns, manage social media, and build partnerships to attract the right audiences and maximize event impact.
  • Content creation and storytelling: Recruit speakers, moderate sessions, and transform events into engaging content such as highlight reels and case studies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver seamless event experiences and support company launches.
  • Build strategic partnerships: Foster relationships with universities, professional societies, and industry partners for co-hosted programming.

About You: You have a proven track record in managing complex events, strong communication skills, and a passion for community building. You are tech-savvy, analytical, and comfortable taking initiative. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Bonus points for experience with professional audiences, an existing network, and familiarity with tools like Circle, Airtable, Notion, and major event platforms.
