  • Triage and investigate bug reports, working closely with engineering teams.
  • Document recurring pain points and share actionable insights to improve self-serve support.
  • Create user-facing documentation to address common questions.
  • Advocate for users internally, influencing product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years in customer success, operations, or product support within SaaS or marketplace environments.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
  • Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
