The Role

As a Dutch Advanced AI Data Trainer, you'll join our specialized team working directly with cutting-edge AI models. Your role will be essential in teaching AI systems to better understand, communicate, and reason in Dutch, while adhering to the highest standards of safety and accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

AI Training (Primary Focus)

• Create exemplary conversational datasets in Dutch that demonstrate ideal AI interactions
• Generate diverse training scenarios that help AI systems understand context, nuance, and cultural specifics
• Collaborate with researchers to implement training protocols that enhance AI capabilities

Quality Evaluation

• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and cultural appropriateness
• Validate factual correctness and contextual understanding
• Provide detailed feedback on AI performance across various scenarios

System Testing

• Conduct thorough testing to identify potential weaknesses or limitations
• Document edge cases and unexpected behaviors
• Contribute insights to improve training methodologies
• Collaborate with our team and clients to enhance AI safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch proficiency (C1-C2 level)
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B1-C1 level)
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills in Dutch
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
