Compensation: Base salary $120,000 with target total compensation of $165,000 + equity

The Role: Senior UX Designer

We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead complex design initiatives across our product suite and communication channels. You'll serve as the cornerstone of our Design team, crafting exceptional user experiences that drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design solutions that align with client objectives and business requirements
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources
• Create sophisticated typography, color, and imagery systems
• Develop and evolve our design system

Client and Team Collaboration

• Serve as primary design contact for clients, conducting workshops and discovery sessions
• Partner with product managers and developers to shape product roadmap
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support pre-sales activities with technical demonstrations and proposals

Innovation and Expertise

• Drive product innovation through user-centered design approaches
• Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies
• Provide thought leadership in design methodologies
• Contribute to the evolution of our design capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic and UI/UX Designer
• Proven track record of delivering complex design solutions
• Experience with design systems creation and implementation
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in agile product environments
• Portfolio demonstrating your work
• Technical background is beneficial but not required
