Role Summary

We believe exceptional design results from ownership of the entire design process—from user research to polished execution. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape intuitive and efficient user experiences, design compelling interfaces, and drive user-centric innovation across our products.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers in a highly iterative, remote-first environment, shipping impactful features every two weeks. We’re seeking a strategic thinker who can balance user needs with business goals, delivering high-quality results in a dynamic setting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from initial user research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
• Conduct in-depth user research to inform design decisions and improve usability.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new and existing product features.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring seamless integration and execution of designs.
• Regularly conduct user testing and validation to refine and optimize product experiences.
• Champion usability, accessibility, and design excellence across all products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design across all stages of the design lifecycle.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design projects with measurable outcomes.
• Expert proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in user research methodologies and prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to typography and detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design rationale to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of UX principles (e.g., cognitive load, mental models, behavior-driven design).

Strong Differentiators

• Experience designing AI-powered products, including automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., V0, Cursor, Lovable) to streamline workflows and prototyping.
• Expert knowledge of human-AI interaction patterns for adaptive and intuitive user experiences.
• Proven experience designing scalable, consistent experiences across multi-product platforms.
• Strong systems-thinking approach, balancing consistency with flexibility and innovation.
